The primary function of the USA World Classic Event Center is to provide a distinctive environment for exhibits featuring vintage vehicles and other rare items of interest. As a centerpiece in Vallejo’s Downtown, USA World Classic Event Center is proud to make this unique venue available for educational, artistic and charitable purposes.
- The Lessee’s Insurance Provide a 1,000,000 certificate of insurance naming the USA World Classic Event Center and the Vallejo Chamber of Commerce as additionally insured. Certificate must be received by the USA World Classic Event Center prior to the scheduled event date.
- Lessee must obtain a liquor license from the California State Alcohol Beverage Control Board if alcoholic beverages are being sold during the event. USA World Classic Event Center will provide necessary documents to lessee required for obtaining a temporary license. The license must be posted during the event and a copy provided to museum staff.
- A copy of the Event invitation will be provided to the USA World Classic event center prior to its mailing.
- Some candles are permitted and all decorations must be flameproof.
- The Vallejo Fire Department may feel it is necessary to have one of their inspectors on duty at the event. In this Case, the client will be billed directly by the Fire Department.
- Lessee of its agents may not hang, mount, post or affix anything to the museum interior of exterior walls
- Lessee or it agents, representatives of vendors may not move or touch Museum vehicles, exhibits, exhibits objects, equipment or stanchions.
- If the above guidelines are not met 10 days prior to a special event. Any museum staff member shall have the authority to stop the event or require mandatory changes be made.
- At time of departure lessee will insure that the facility is left clean and orderly condition.
- USA World Classic Event Center cannot guarantee the safety and will not be responsible for personal items, materials or equipment left behind by the lessee, it agents, employees, vendors or guest
